I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were stylish and comfortable with a lovely view of the river and downtown. However, the room furnishing was slightly below average. The exceptional service truly stood out, especially from Martel Johnson in the Concierge suite on the 58th floor. The location was excellent, though not up to Marriott standards. The dining experience was decent but not exceptional. Overall, a good value for the money.

The room provided a nice and comfortable stay with a great view of the river, the barges, and downtown, despite only having towels for one person. The furnishing, however, was not on par with an average hotel room.

The location is the best aspect of this property, being on the people mover circuit and offering easy access to nearby destinations. However, it fell slightly short of Marriott standards in terms of comparison.

The hotel facilities met the basic needs; however, they were not exceptional. For the price paid, a bit more could have been expected in terms of amenities.

Staying at the Marriott was an excellent choice. The rooms were top-notch and spacious, accompanied by outstanding service from the Red Coat team, AV reps, and food staff. However, the dining experience left room for improvement. The hotel's location was fantastic, offering great views and easy access to entertainment options, but the price could be a bit steep for some.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was amazing, right on the river across from Canada, offering a great view. However, the room wasn't ready at check-in time, and the lack of good customer service was noticeable. Despite these issues, the hotel provided a fine place to relax.

After three phone calls, the room was not as clean as expected. Although it lacked a view and wasn't ready at check-in time, it was still comfortable.
